Our client, a fast growing and multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Building Surveying Partner to lead and grow their team in Birmingham or Manchester.

This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the business while driving business growth.

As a Partner, you will play an influential role in shaping the business, driving strategy, and leading a high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader looking to make a lasting impact in a growing consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the Building Surveying team
  • Play a key role in the senior leadership team
  • Develop and manage client relationships
  • Drive work-winning and business development efforts
  • Manage a team of 8, with opportunities to recruit and grow the team.
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L management.
  • Deliver a broad scope of building surveying services.

Requirements

  • RICS-qualified with proven Building Surveying experience.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience of growing, developing and managing high performing teams.
  • Proven ability to win work and develop business opportunities.
  • Highly visible presence in the local market.
  • Commercially focused with experience across public and/or private sector projects.
