Description

A highly regarded, medium-sized international rail consultancy has retained our firm to support its search for a Non-Executive Director (NED) to join its board. Our client is seeking a candidate with significant experience leading a large consulting business, operating internationally. They are also interested in individuals with executive-level experience in global train operators, transport ownership groups, or asset management.

Key Skills & Experience

  • International experience, preferably in Canada, the US, the Middle East, and/or Australia.
  • Experience in the rail or transport sector, while not essential, is preferred
  • Non-Executive Director (NED) experience is desirable; however, candidates without this experience who demonstrate the potential to excel in their first NED role will also be considered.
  • The ability to challenge and be challenged by other board members in a collegiate and non-confrontational manner.
