With over 20 years� experience in industry, Kelly has enjoyed a successful career working in a number of executive and non-executive board roles. Kelly has a natural talent for coaching and mentoring which complements her professional HR and Occupational Psychology background.
Kelly is an accredited Executive Coach and Mentor with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Kelly is also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is an active member of the Guildford Coaching Network.
In her coaching, Kelly helps her clients find solutions offering bespoke programmes of professional personal development and self discovery. Kelly works closely with her clients to agree and review regularly the outcomes for their programme.
