John has over 20 years� experience in developing talent management initiatives, including leadership assessment, development and bespoke training courses.
His skills include the design of organisational competency frameworks, a range of assessment tools and the design and delivery of assessment centres.
John has worked with a wide variety of blue chip and public sector organisations Including Akzo Nobel, Coca-Cola, AstraZeneca, Lloyds of London, British Swimming, OFCOM, Transport for London, the Department for Transport and the United Nations. John supports SLTs in identifying talent for a range of roles, including delivering management development centres.
