Laura Shoaf has been announced as the interim CEO for WMCA.
After 19 years as Managing Director for Investment in Europe, Victoria Quinlan has stepped down, CFO Tom Mackellar has taken on the role for the interim.
Catherine Brookes has been appointed as its Highways Director.
Matthew Golton has taken over as Managing Director.
Turner & Townsend
Nathan Marsh has joined Turner & Townsend as Chief Digital Officer for Infrastructure and Defence in the UK where he will lead the digital office in the setup and delivery of complex programmes.
Richard Randolph joins Turner & Townsend on the 1st of July in his new role as a Director in their Programme Advisory business.
TfL’s Caroline Sheridan has been appointed as Thames’ new Engineering and Asset Director.
Alastair Cochran will join Thames Water as their new Chief Financial Officer on the 6th of September.
Laurence Brett has been appointed as the Interim Chief Executive of ACE and Dave Beddell has been appointed as Chair.
Former SSE Director of Asset Management, John Mullen joins Ramboll to head Ramboll’s UK Energy business.
Richard Beard recently transitioned to his new role as Managing Director and is globally responsible for Transport in Ramboll.
Søren Brøndum took over as Managing Director for Ramboll’s global building division.
Andy Lingham left Balfour Beatty this month and joined Kier as an Operations Director.
David Yorke has joined Kier as Commercial Director after two and a half years as Commercial Director at Bouygues UK.
A new Chief Executive has been appointed following John McManus who is retiring later in the year. Nick Fairham will start the new role next month.
Ex-Balfour Beatty Managing Director Graham Hill has recently been appointed as the care-home builders Construction Director.
Fiona Carleton will be joining the company as Managing Director of its Services division on July 1st after ten years at Heathrow Airport.

Lucy Wootton is the new leader of the Grand Railway Collaboration; she has joined them on an 18-month secondment from Chiltern Railways.

Wates Commercial Residential Director Ben Cox is leaving to join his former boss Paul Nicholls at start-up Real Group.
Keith Wallace will take over from Sir Terry Morgan as the Chairman of the Crossrail International consulting business on the 1st of July for a 3-year term.

Martin Harris is set to retire as Managing Director of Brighton & Hove and Metrobus at the end of the year.
Following Dave Alexander’s departure, as divisional director, his role has been split to create two new Managing Director roles. Andrew Jarvis and Joe Thompson will be taking on the new roles.
